There are obviously some oddballs here and there, every company is prone to some negativity, but I would certainly say that overall this Erin Park has been a great experience every single time. I wouldn't take my Toyota anywhere else, especially Oakville Toyota (avoid it like the plague!) More

I have had several issues with the service management as issues were discovered under warranty and they were reluctant to address until Toyota Canada was contacted. Even then the issue was resolved but only temporarily repaired until warranty expired. The only bright side is that a new service rep, Uzma Baig, actually cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to try to address and resolve issues. More

He listened and understood my situation, expectation and concerns. Then he gave the perfect advice that I need to consider. It’s not just about fuel efficiency but the safety and comfortability for long driving. So, I decided to buy Camry hybrid. In addition, I think I got a good deal.
