First of all, his personality exuded confidence and trust. He came across a very genuine and honest individual which was assuring and comforting. Car salespeople generally have a negative stigma attached to them. So dealing with someone who came across caring and understanding eliminated the negative notions about the salespeople. Secondly, his knowledge about the cars was exemplary. He is a young lad but sounded like an individual who has been doing this job for 25 years. He had the answers to all the questions that we asked and, more importantly, his demeanor was utterly professional and relaxed while he answered my questions. I am not a car expert so I sometimes feel embarrassed asking questions that may come across stupid. All I can say that I left the dealership with my dignity in tact and a brand new RAV4. Finally, this would not have been possible without the help of the management team at Erin Toyota. Thank you all for your first class service. More
