We recently purchased our Toyota Highlander XLE from Geoffrey and I have to say it was the best car purchasing and client service experience in Canada We recently purchased our Toyota Highlander XLE from Geoffrey and I have to say it was the best car purchasing and client service experience in Canada. Dealing with the professional and caring team that Geoffrey has at Erin Park Toyota was an absolute pleasure. We had a budget in mind and price was important for us and Geoffrey recognized this right away. The price he quoted us in the first 5 minutes of our very first interaction was the rock bottom price and that is the price we bought the vehicle at and I have to say it was the best price in town. The delivery was done on time as he promised and he offered us a car care package that is unheard of. My wife feels very safe driving the car as she knows we have the best in class service package that has us well protected. In the past we've always purchased a pre-owned vehicle and we were totally unsure if buying a brand new vehicle was the right thing to do, especially after hearing things from friends about a vehicle losing its value after leaving the showroom. I have to say, after the experience and knowledge Geoffrey provided, we will always buy a new car going forward and with the world class service that Geoffrey and his team provided, I can confidently say it will always be from Erin Park Toyota. Buying a car with such advanced features was a lot to digest but kudos to the staff's knowledge about cars, now I know more about cars than I even did before. The Highlander comes with the best in class SMART car features that one can imagine and we had never used such advanced features before and boy o boy the way these features were explained, from the very first ride behind the wheels, we were experts in using every single feature in the vehicle. I would recommend Geoffrey and Erin Park Toyota for every single family who is looking to buy a car in town!! More

My wife said it was time to have a new and reliable car at home. We are a starting family. The car was available at the dealership but we had to go through the credit approval, the car had to be previously inspected before delivery and the vehicle registration had to be done. With these variables in mind the dealer as a team did their part to have the car ready. I felt they gave me full priority to make this happen. When I needed their help the most I received it. Thus, reliable cars with reliable service!! I would also keep in mind that I have bought in the past five cars from different dealers. Thank you Toyota team! More

Annual Maintenance/Repairs Service Needs Improvement I brought my car in for annual maintenance. Service is slow, I had to wait for many hours----same for previous times. Last time I had to wait for shuttle service for over an hour to get picked up. After I got my car back, my car was worse than before, so I cannot say that my car was looked at properly. More
