Today I have received quality service at Erin Mills Toyota, where Mario D’Souza’s extended help is a prime example. While on my vehicle's oil change appointment, he suggested with options for the air filter rather than forcing me to replace it. The car was ready; he came to see me in the cafeteria and accompanied to my vehicle. At that point he shook my hand with a smile. Such service builds great working relationships. More
