We chose to negotiate on the latter. With the excellent assistance of Jin Yun(Chris) Cai, sales manager, and Al Kendi we were able to negotiate an agreement that was satisfactory to all of us. On short notice, Chris Cai was also able to secure us vehicle in the particular colour we wanted. ( Erin Park did not have a car of that colour in stock and we were under certain time constraints.) I very much appreciated the fact that after concluding our agreement, Stephan Stuart, contact manager, was able to obtain, ( at my belated request ), a particular brand of tires for the vehicle. And not to be forgotten, Man Shiu, the gentleman, who delivered the car to us and with much intelligence and stress relieving humour explained the finer points of its operation to us --- and for a senior that was much appreciated. It was an added benefit to be able to work with a sales representative who could operate equally between both the Toyota and the Lexus dealerships. More
