After a brief introduction with Lexus Managers Fahmeed Bajwa and Alexis McDonald, I had a brand new car approved in over an hour with vehicle pick up ready after 2 days. And here comes the best part of the experience....the introduction to the new Lexus NX 300 under the expert demonstration of their Lexus Car Specialist , Michael Nguyen. Michael's product knowledge was exemplary and he ensured I had a clear understanding of the features of my vehicle before I left the dealership. He also spent extra time in order to connect me to the Lexus Enform Suite app and showed me how to use it.
