Professional and Prompt Service We made two visits to the dealership in our quest to finally replace my mom's 2000 Toyota Corolla. We dealt with Shad on both occasions and he was great with all the info he provided. On the first visit several month ago he advised the 2018 inventory was selling out and soon there would be little choice when it came to availability of models and colours. When we came back last Saturday, that turned out to be the case but after hours of pondering and 2 test drives, my mom finally found the new car she liked. She's not an easy person to deal with and Shad was very understanding, patient and informative throughout the process. The pick up of the car and the tutorials he provided were also very helpful. We also dealt with Emily who arranged the financing details. She was also fantastic, knowledgeable and prompt. Further, after we had almost made up our mind and my work got very busy, he graciously backed off until I gave him a signal that we were ready to make a deal. During the negotiation, when we indicated we had done our homework on CarCostCanada, he very quickly made a proposal which we felt was very fair for both sides. He also was helpful in gauging what would be best for us in terms of an extended warranty package.
