I have never been more disrespected in my life in such a way by Nelson Ng the service manager at Erin park Toyota. The worst experience ever that it left me in tears. I even had an employee come up to me and give me the GM contact info that I’m yet to speak with because this is not the first time they saw such a bad service from Nelson to other customers. My dad and having been leasing our cars from there for many years now and when that lease is over I’m def taking my business to another dealership which is not fair for the sales person who worked so hard on keeping us as returning customer. It’s called a service department for a reason, to service your clients with the upmost respect even if they are not right and if you can’t you shouldn’t be dealing with customers, period. He is knowledgeable and gives me great advice on how to maintain my car. It gives me great peace of mind that when my car goes in for a service it is in experienced and capable hands. I wish to highlight my recent experience which would not have been possible if Mario was not there. I am unwell and am partly bed ridden and realized that my car needed an oil and tire change to winter tires.
