This was another service and tire change for the RAV 4. I did not want to move out of Toronto due to covid 19. I have been taking my Toyota Venza to Erin Park Toyota for over two years now after a move from out of province. I have been dealing with Mario D'Souza as a service consultant and he is absolutely amazing for over two years now after a move from out of province. I have been dealing with Mario D'Souza as a service consultant and he is absolutely amazing. On my visit this week, I needed new tires and he went above and beyond in not only price matching but finding me a better deal than I could have found at any competitor. He is always looking out for "me", the customer, which is something you don't find very often these days. Thank you Mario!! More

I purchased the Toyota Corolla XSE back in August 2020I I purchased the Toyota Corolla XSE back in August 2020 I signed the contract and purchased the Premium plan which supposed to cover “Mechanical Prote I purchased the Toyota Corolla XSE back in August 2020 I signed the contract and purchased the Premium plan which supposed to cover “Mechanical Protection”, “Roadside Assistance” and “ECP benefits which supposed to cover oil changes”. I have a manufacturer defect in engine which I find out myself. When I walked in Erin Mills Toyota Service to check and fix the engine issue the Service Advisor Bill Leo, Areeb Azhar denied to fix it even though it is manufacturer Fault! Also, I purchased additional Service Protection plan for $1059 which Erin Mills Toyota denies to fulfill. So Please BE CAREFUL don’t purchase the extra Protection plans it is just WASTE a money! 2. In my contract they included the Winter tire changes for free but now they charge me $130 extra. So whatever they promise is false just to sell the Car! Areeb Azhar told me that engine noise is normal, so it means he doesn’t have any understanding of the cars and very unprofessional, rude manager which shouldn’t represent Toyota! More

Larry was great to work with. I wasn’t so thrilled to get rid of my Jeep Wrangler (very fun vehicle but time for an upgrade) Larry assured me making the switch to Toyota rav 4 was a great decision.
