Went for an oil change at Erin Park Toyota, appointment was for 10:15, I was told they were a bit behind, my car was taken in at 11:45!! They should get a better system for simple things like oil changes, was for 10:15, I was told they were a bit behind, my car was taken in at 11:45!! They should get a better system for simple things like oil changes, either have one person doing them all day, or just have them in on a certain day, maybe they should recommend another place to get an oil change done such as Canadian Tire or Mr. Lube, they always seem to be close to the appointment time. Very poor service, would be nice if they could offer the next oil change either half price or free to make up for my whole morning being wasted. More
