Customer Experience Excellence Epitomized yet again. Brought our 2010 RX 450h in for service and tire rotation/seasonal. Have done so religiously since acquiring the vehicle at EPL back in summer 2010. We continue to enjoy this vehicle immensely, but a big part of that enjoyment originates with the service experience delivered by the team, in our case, starting with Paul M. and now Carly T. Without getting into details, suffice to see we are treated fairly, and with respect and courtesy at each and every interaction, and this past week's visit was no exception. The car is getting older and requires more and more in the way of ongoing service (as they tend to over time), but unlike with other vehicle brands, I still feel as though we are treated the same as we were when the car was brand new, which only leads to a greater sense of loyalty to the Lexus brand over time. Believe it or not.....I actually look forward to bringing our second (Lexus) vehicle in for seasonal tire change and service in a couple of weeks! Thanks again to the team, with a special recognition for the standout performance of Paul and Carly! More
Refund - with courteous service i dropped my key and the pieces went flying, I still had the motherboard and brought it to the dealership for repair, Lexus ordered another case. I had to pre-pay the order ($100 including taxes). When the case came in, the attendant placed the pieces in the new case and snapped it back together. It struck me that the pieces could likely have been inserted back in the old case, but of course, neither I, nor the first attendant had tried that. So, on this visit, we tried the pieces back in the old case and it worked. I asked if I could have a refund as I didn't need the new case. It took a manager to work through the issue, but Lexus gave me the benefit of the doubt and refunded the cost of the order. That's Lexus for you - always going the extra mile for great service. I had bought a warranty against such mishaps and for some strange reason Madiha could not see that on the system. However, she took initiative and had the matter resolved and got the necessary repairs done with no charge to me. I appreciate her proactiveness and despite I being upset she maintained her pleasant posture. Madiha's efforts made me feel as a valued customer. I have dealt with Richard, Carly on previous occasions and I find them all to be extremely efficient and courteous. It has always been a pleasure dealing with the service team. I have been a customer of Erin Park Lexus for over 5 years and I think the current team at service centre and ofcourse Raj Rajput have all been great in each and every respect. More
Excellent Richard was wonderful today and answered all the questions I had re my nav & e-mail system on the car. They have both changed on the 2019 & not for the better. E.G. e-mail will only show what I select as my default e-mail. My other car would download exactly what was coming from both my accounts on my phone - 1 is personal & 1 is business. Unfortunate for me. The nav system does not show all the street names & I could see them all on my other car - disappointing! Service itself was excellent, as usual. Regards, Vickie May More
