I've dealt with Erin Park Lexus for every service required for my ES350 for the last 6 years and 285,000 km. Service has always been impeccable! Not all my experiences with Erin Park Lexus have been good, but since I have been dealing with Scott Bertrand for my service and maintenance needs this has changed. Scott takes the time to explain the ch good, but since I have been dealing with Scott Bertrand for my service and maintenance needs this has changed. In the past I have been handed service invoices without explanation for some this may be ok but as informed consumer it is imperative that the customer knows what he is paying for. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I receive each time I take my car in for service. This is the fifth car I have purchased from Erin Park Lexus and they continue to impress. The salesman, Abdul Ramadan is wonderful to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable with an outstanding work ethic. The excellent service continues whenever I take my car in. Sid always goes over and above in ensuring everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction. He always meets the commitments he has made. Scott has also been wonderful to deal with as well. Where customer service is lacking in so many businesses, it is so wonderful to always have my expectations exceeded when dealing with Erin Park Lexus.
