I went to the dealer compare the pricing and product offerings on a set of tires for my RX350. I also wanted to understand the install issues with this vehicle since it has pressure sensing on all whe offerings on a set of tires for my RX350. I also wanted to understand the install issues with this vehicle since it has pressure sensing on all wheels. Scott asked for my other quotes and indicated he would try and match them and provide a discount on the installation. He came within 5 dollars of the prices and a deep discount on the install. Since this was my dealer, it translates into a considerable amount of added value, since they know the vehicle very well and the technicians are factory trained. This dealer knows how to treat their customers, and Scott went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. i can't emphasize enough, how this experience promotes customer loyalty, and demonstrates their commitment to customer service.
