I have been a customer of Erin Park Lexus since 2009 and each time I visit I am very impressed with the first class customer service I receive from Paul Machado. It is very rare to find such an honest individual especially when it comes to vehicle servicing. I recently visited a Lexus Service Center located close to my home in Oakville and I was very disappointed by the extremely poor customer service. The level of customer care is definitely worth the drive to Mississauga. My Lexus IS suddenly did not start and went completely dead and inoperable while waiting in a car wash line-up, where my car had rolled back to the car behind me. Both the footbrake and the brake also became inoperable, leaving me no way to stop the car from rolling back to the car behind me. Luckily, Erin Park Lexus was not very far from where my car had broken down, hence my car was dropped off by the tow truck at that location. This was when Scott Bertrand had their service team immediately service my car in a professional and timely manner. After the service had been performed, I was advised by Scott that the other Lexus dealership that I normally go to should have advised me that my battery was going. I had my battery replaced and Scott had their service team inspect my car and run a test to ensure that it is in perfect condition before giving it back to me. Compared to the other Lexus dealership, Scott made me feel welcome at Erin Park Lexus, while the staff of the other Lexus dealership made me feel unwelcome and made me feel that they just wanted to get rid of me as soon as they can. A completely opposite experience between the Lexus dealerships. I had contacted Scott Bertrand again and I will have my Lexus inspected even further and do all the necessary maintenance that needs to be done that the other Lexus dealership may not have done nor informed me about, just like my battery dying. Scott Bertrand had Erin Park Lexus win my future business, a business that the other Lexus dealership did not seem to want or value as much. Next time people ask me about my Lexus experience, I will definitely recommend and promote Erin Park Lexus. More

Scott always impresses me with his dedication to top quality service and customer satisfaction. The price on my new snow tires (Bridgestone Blizzak) was fair, but not inexpensive. He asked me to make myself comfortable in the waiting area while the car was being serviced. Both of them advised me as to what checks needed to be done on the car. Subsequently after the service was completed, Sid came up to me and informed me that the car was ready for me. He once again went over the work that was done and advised me about the next service which will be the first lube service. When I got into the car I was happy to see that the inside of the car was cleant as well. More

I purchased a preowned LX570 in the winter of 2013 from a non Lexus dealer, and I have had Scott do all of the work since I got the truck. Scott is always honest and insightful into the things that should be done on the vehicle to make sure that it continues to perform like it should. Service and Parts are not cheap at Lexus, but I can tell you first hand that you get what you pay for and there is not any dealer out there who will rival their quality of service and customer service.
