This review is for my first time in to this dealership (fall 2013). I went in during the first snow storm of season, without an appointment, to get snow tires and rims. Expected to have to wait at least a few days for an appointment to install them given the time of year. Paul was able to have the new rims & tires put on same day. Transportation to/from home was taken care of without having to ask. A sign of Paul going above and beyond in terms of customer service - he remembered that I had come in with my daughter who uses a booster seat in the backseat. When I came back to dealership my daughter didn't join me but Paul didn't know that ahead of time and had gone to great lengths to load my summer tires into the car in a way that wouldn't intefere with my daughter's seat (not an easy task because the car is not big!). Our 2013 Lexus RX350 was taken in for one of its major service (Approx 32,000k) as well to have the interior shampooed for my son had vomited in it (due to the stomach flu). Because I was a repeat customer, they did their best to waive fees so my all in cost was extremely low - to the point that I did not even bother trying to get a price from other dealers. Scott was able to fit me in, provide transportation to work and kept me informed by calling to verify information about previous work completed. When my vehicle was ready for pick-up he clearly explained the labor, took the time to develop a customer relationship by talking to me on a personal level and assured me that Lexus would take care of any future issues. The entire event from start to end was extremely positive and left me feeling satisfied with the Lexus brand and high level of customer service at this dealership. Scott demonstrated knowledge, empathy for my concerns, honest communication and an overall warm demeanor. He is an excellent example of the customer-client experience and what the present and future of service levels should strive for. I would definitely recommend the Lexus Erin Park dealership and Scott for advancement.
