The moment we entered we we greeted by a receptionist. However you are left alone to view the vehicles at your leisure. Once ready, we asked the receptionist for a sales associate. Fahmeed was professional and great at his job. We knew his job is to sell and ours is to negotiate. There was no added pressure of typical sales tactic or mind games. Fahmeed made my wife comfortable and happy with our decision to purchase our 2014 RX350. It is a tough task (most married men understand this comment). Outstanding Service I can't begin to say how great the service department is in this dealership especially Scott Bertrand! The friendliness along with expert knowledge is I can't begin to say how great the service department is in this dealership especially Scott Bertrand! The friendliness along with expert knowledge is second to none. I was in for a full service on my RX 350 before I leave on a long trip. When I booked my appt, I just mentioned that my visor light needs to be checked. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was very warmly welcomed & Scott told me that he already ordered the part so my visor light will be fixed at the same time rather than have me come back for another appointment! Just outstanding in anticipating my need as well as respecting my time. My service appointment was going to be long so Scott made sure I had a rental that meet my expectations so I am not stuck or inconvenienced in anyway. I have been Abdul's client for many years and cars now but I didn't use your service department until Sid took over managing the service department. I have been very pleased and thrilled with the service. I'm especially grateful that I am introduced to Scott who is just incredible! Scott is a great asset to the dealership and certainly a wonderful extension to my excellent experience I have by coming to Erin Park Lexus. I come all the way from Stoney Creek to your dealership because of Abdul and now for service because of Scott. I needed a bulb change on the driver side headlight and was due for an oil change- called in the morning and was able to get an appointment 2 hours later. Fantastic!!! Scott Bertrand was great- friendly, efficient and true to his word, car was ready in 2 hrs. Scott went the extra mile and had them do the windows, wheels and a quick wipe down inside with the quick wash which is complimentary.
