Outstanding Service I can't begin to say how great the service department is in this dealership especially Scott Bertrand! The friendliness along with expert knowledge is I can't begin to say how great the service department is in this dealership especially Scott Bertrand! The friendliness along with expert knowledge is second to none. I was in for a full service on my RX 350 before I leave on a long trip. When I booked my appt, I just mentioned that my visor light needs to be checked. When I arrived for my service appointment, I was very warmly welcomed & Scott told me that he already ordered the part so my visor light will be fixed at the same time rather than have me come back for another appointment! Just outstanding in anticipating my need as well as respecting my time. My service appointment was going to be long so Scott made sure I had a rental that meet my expectations so I am not stuck or inconvenienced in anyway. I have been Abdul's client for many years and cars now but I didn't use your service department until Sid took over managing the service department. I have been very pleased and thrilled with the service. I'm especially grateful that I am introduced to Scott who is just incredible! Scott is a great asset to the dealership and certainly a wonderful extension to my excellent experience I have by coming to Erin Park Lexus. I needed a bulb change on the driver side headlight and was due for an oil change- called in the morning and was able to get an appointment 2 hours later. Fantastic!!! Excellent service. They are a great team. They are very professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide m professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide me with a rental Lexus despite being closed. They also called back Tom from Enterprise rental to assist me though he left for the day. They are a very good team They provided me a brand new Lexus with only 3000k on it What a great experience. They are working on the transmission and have told me to take my time keeping the rental. Excellent service and I will def be going back to them for all my future needs with them.
