Lexus Purchase and our Excellant Service Advisor When we first arrived at the dealership, we were introduced to Allen Lu who became our adviser throughout the purchase process. I use the word advise When we first arrived at the dealership, we were introduced to Allen Lu who became our adviser throughout the purchase process. I use the word adviser not salesman because Allen was our adviser. Sure he wanted to sell us a Lexus, but he allowed us to come to that decision on our own; but he was always there to answer questions without the slightest sign of anything but good humour and interest in our questions. .He told us what was available in the Models we asked about and he allowed us to make our decision. His explanations were clear and without bias. Once he saved us from ourselves when he explained why a certain model might not meet our requirements. This showed us how well he had listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and how he worked hard to ensure we saw the models that had the features we needed. Why did we buy our new car at Erin Park Lexus Mississauga instead of buying one from a Lexus dealer where we live or one of several other dealers. First Allen and his colleagues treated us with respect and courtesy. We came to the dealership three times and each time we were welcomed like it was our first visit.. Our questions were answered honestly and frankly. . The dealership we didn't buy from never had the same sales person available. Each time a different person and there was never any attempt to ensure we could meet with a particular adviser again if we wanted. Two of the other dealership treated us like, if not village idiots, something akin to one. One person at the dealership close to home bad mouthed the opposition and tried to convince us we didn't need the safety equipment we wanted. So to summarize; We would return to Erin Park Lexus We would recommend this dealership to our friends We have rarely met as good a sales advisor who also had the human qualities and product expertise that Allen Lu has. We have considerable confidence in Allen's integrity and that is the principle reason we bought our car at Erin Park Lexus. The moment we entered we we greeted by a receptionist. However you are left alone to view the vehicles at your leisure. Once ready, we asked the receptionist for a sales associate. Fahmeed was professional and great at his job. We knew his job is to sell and ours is to negotiate. There was no added pressure of typical sales tactic or mind games. Fahmeed made my wife comfortable and happy with our decision to purchase our 2014 RX350. It is a tough task (most married men understand this comment). Ben Cliff, the General Sales Manager, took his time and met with us even though the deal was done. Great customer service, Ben and Fahmeed. Thank you. More
