He is very knowledgeable, kind and supremely professional. Facts and figures available on the Internet are very helpful, but Abdul maximized the value of our test drives by listening to us and highlighting the pertinent features of the vehicle. He is exceptionally honest and trustworthy. Although Abdul clearly believes in Lexus quality, he answered all our questions and concern honestly, never lying or forcing his opinions on us. My wife is quite petite and sometimes struggles to find vehicles that fit. Abdul insisted that her comfort and safety was paramount, and was willing to lose a sale if it meant we were more comfortable in another vehicle. Abdul always respects my family and our time. He is always prepared when we visit and takes the time to ensure we are satisfied with the vehicle as well as whatever maintenance it receives. Erin Park Lexus managers have been kind and professional as well, which we appreciate. Although the dealership is minutes from my home, I would happily drive out of my way in order to deal with Abdul and his colleagues at Erin Park Lexus. More
