I received a quote from the sales rep on a new and a demo 2016 grand carava My experience with the sales rep then the manager was, to me unbelievable. I received a quote from the sales rep on a new and a demo 2016 grand caravan when i returned an hour and a half later i was told that the new van had just been sold and that he must speak to sales manager for approval to sell demo at that quoted price . the manager the came over, told us that the new van had been sold the day before and that he would need an additional $1000 over the quote for the demo. he told us that he could not honor the quote because he needed to keep his job no the written numbers even though written by sales rep meant nothing! we purchased 3 hours later from another dealership. i will explain my different experience on their review page i hope this is helpful it is mho More
