Nothing but good service and outstanding experience. As I drove into Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep and was treated with in a matter of minuets by Mr Ahmed Abu-Hijleh. I never had any kind of feeling of forcefulness to purchasing a vehicle but has treated me with being welcome. He had all the knowledge of a specific vehicle I was interested in which was a used 2016 Dodge Charger. Mr Abu-Hijleh then ask if I would like for him to bring the vehicle inside to the service area to fully inspect the vehicle in the light as it was very dark outside which caught me by surprise when there were other places that would not do that for me. I maybe spent more than 4 hours with him nitpicking about everything and he was very patient with me. For me, the comfort, the feeling of trust, and the experience I had there at Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep is what sold me to purchase my new vehicle. Terrible service experience I have been back to this dealership with the same issue 4 times and it still has not been fixed. When I called back to advise them that the problem h I have been back to this dealership with the same issue 4 times and it still has not been fixed. When I called back to advise them that the problem had returned I was told that my vehicle was safe to drive and that the only problem was the annoying noise every time I have to use the brakes. I will be going elsewhere as Erin dodge has been no help. This is unacceptable as I have extended warranty and have had my vehicle for only 1 year. More

Poor service Well i wish I could say this was the first issue I have had here. Between my parents and I this is the 4th vehicle I have had service issues at this l Well i wish I could say this was the first issue I have had here. Between my parents and I this is the 4th vehicle I have had service issues at this location. It's sad to see that even after over a decade of not coming here nothing has changed. I went in looking to get my power steering pump changed. I explained the problem. Explained the power steering fluid had just been topped up(which should indicate a leak). Despite having to power wash power steering fluid off the front of my engine they said I just needed the accessory belt. 2 days later the front of my engine is covered in power steering fluid and my power steering pump is making noise again. Now I am going to be stuck paying labour again because they can't diagnose a problem with the power steering. The only good thing I can say is that their service advisor was good to deal with.
