Let me explain in brief. My current SUV is one year old in April. I'm not going to name the vehicle as I don't believe in bashing through social media platforms. Let's just say I am a little disappointed with the decision I made a year later. When I walked in to the dealership I was immediately met by a representative from Jeep, I thought I won a car the way they greeted me. Imagine! As good fortune for me I was paired up with Maggie. I couldn't have been happier, as she and I discussed options and features. Yes we even test drove one. I have to admit that when we got back she instantly had a quote put together for me. Keep in mind I had no intention of buying another new SUV one year after the fact. I love the passion she had for her job as she tried every way to win me over to purchase. I was introduced to the sales manager Kal, who by all account is a stand up guy, clearly motivated to see his dealership succeed. I know this review may appear long and at the end of the day I walked away, only due to the fact that I will be responsible for my choice in vehicles. I will say this that, when I am ready to purchase a new SUV, I have no doubt that I will come knocking at their door again. More

I wanted to make it my family holiday vehicle, as we love camping and traveling all over the place and our kids are getting older and bigger. I am a Do it yourself-er and wanted to drop in a factory Dodge Ram rebuilt engine. The parts team helped me in getting all the correct parts I needed to do the job right. Believe it or not the price from the dealer was actually better than getting it elsewhere and I looked everywhere. Not only did I leave it to them, the parts arrived so quickly that I was very impressed.
