unsatisfied I dealt with Bo, who at first seemed great. We told him we were in the market for a new or used mini-van for our growing family. Without hesitation, I dealt with Bo, who at first seemed great. We told him we were in the market for a new or used mini-van for our growing family. Without hesitation, he steered us towards a like new mini-van that had just under 9 thousand km. We fell in love with it and made a deal. Because it was used and already came with warranty he said just that and didn’t go into any detail and when I called him and asked questioned he said you can read it all in the paperwork and just wanted to get off the phone. That’s what you get with commission based I guess, he wasn’t making any money off that part so he didn’t spend time on it. Things you don’t think about when you are excited and buying a vehicle. The biggest things that he neglected to tell us at time of purchase or ever, was that a spare tire was not included in the van. When I noticed and called him he said tires are becoming so good these days you don’t need a spare anymore. Wow, Bull. The tires are not run flat so I do need a spare. I even went so far as to ask him the price and how to get one and he said around $300 but you are in the auto industry so you should be able to find one cheaper. Wow The final cherry on top was according to the paperwork an oil change was done before selling the van to me. However, there is no sticker in the car. I asked him about that. He said it is common practice not to put a sticker in a car when they buy it used and put it on their lot. Wow, bull or bad service department. I have worked in garages and that is a big no-no, its free advertising and helps the customer with maintaining their vehicle. I am not happy with my purchase as a spare tire is very important to me and my family and that could have been avoided if told to me or put anywhere in the paperwork. I would like to be contacted by someone to figure out the next step, but not Bo I do not want to deal with him anymore. Patterson called me and told me that because I did not ask for a spare tire I would have to pay to get one. roughly $500 installed. He compared a spare tire to a sunroof both are afterthoughts not standard. He mentioned that they don't put oil stickers on cars when they first get them because they don't know when that car will leave the lot (i thought oil changes were based on KM, not time?)and most new cars have an oil life monitor in it. I looked in mine and could not find it when scrolling through the in-dash menu but I will use a sticker that made my self. Paterson did take the time to explain the warranty and that was good but I still have a sour taste in my mouth as common knowledge (everyone I have asked) a spare tire comes with a car as much as seat belts do. He was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. It has been a long time since I purchased a new car and I was impressed with him and the dealership. I thought the tour of the dealership was well worth it and to meet the people from the various departments. From the looks of it, it is one stop shopping for all your vehicle needs. Even though I am some distance away I will try to at least use the fast lane for some oil changes. Oh and the $50 gift certificate was a nice touch. More

Un Recently had a very positive experience working with Alex Goncalves and the other employees at Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep, to purchase a 2017 F-150. Unlike my recent visits to other dealerships, they recognized that I was a serious buyer and worked with me to secure a fair purchase price. I also test drove a Ram Rebel, and although I was tempted, I was quite impressed that they listened to my needs and reinforced that my family may be better served with a competitor's product from their pre-owned inventory (the vehicle I had shown up to test drive in the first place). On top of all this, they were able to expedite the delivery of the vehicle, negating the need for me to end up in a rental for a few days. I can't yet speak to the service department, but the sales team was friendly and a pleasure to work with. More

Stopped at the dealer to inquire about a GPS for my older Jeep Patriot and l What a pleasant, friendly and efficient crew at Erin Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Stopped at the dealer to inquire about a GPS for my older Jeep Patriot and left an hour later with an approved deal on a 2018 Jeep Compass with trade in on my Patriot. Picked it up the next day. These people realized that my time was valuable too. Bo Harnam and Zain Sheikh not only made this deal happen for me, they even stayed a bit later to accommodate our work schedules.
