The battery was to be tested and I was told it was tested and the very next morning the Jeep barely started, I had the battery tested the battery failed, replaced the battery and had to remind them to reimburse me for the cost of the battery, also was not made aware that the vehicle only came with one key on the day of pick up I would except to have two keys with a vehicle purchase now I have to pay over $200.00 for a spare key. Sent an email to the dealership with my disappointment and and not even a response back. Not sure what happened to customer service nowadays! More

I met Ms. Jeffers, I believe 2014 for my first Jeep (wrangler sport). My 14 year old Suzuki had died and were no longer in Canada and as I wanted a 4WD standard, Jeep was it.
