Great Experience with Erin Dodge! I had a great experience trading in my vehicle for a new 2018 Wrangler JLU Rubicon. Mustafa was easy to get a hold of right from the phone call and ex I had a great experience trading in my vehicle for a new 2018 Wrangler JLU Rubicon. Mustafa was easy to get a hold of right from the phone call and explained everything. We met in person to discuss the deal and ordered the Jeep. Zain was great in explaining all of the financing options to me. During the order process Mustafa was always available and gave me updates as it went. The best part is that Mustafa and Zain provided such a quick delivery, which was much appreciated since I was waiting 9 weeks for the order (which is normal). I met first Brad, who took down the specifics of what vehicle I was looking for and any particular requests that it should have. I listed off what I was looking for, especially seats for lower back problems and handles inside the vehicle to assist my son getting into the van and future running boards to be installed for disabled passengers. I also indicated the colour I preferred. Brad immediately said Wasif, the Manager would be able to help with a selection. Wasif recommended two 2017 vehicles to me and said his Salesperson, Marko Kamal would bring them to show me and take them for a test drive. Marko was super to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, showed me where everything was located, how to fold down the seats and we went for a test drive. I chose a Contusion Blue 2017 Grand Caravan. Marko pointed out all the features it had during the test drive. The ride was super comfortable and I loved the colour, both outside and inside. My son was able to test all the seats because both the front and middle seats had the handles he needed for assistance. Marko and Wasif were excellent and made the purchasing process easy and pleasant. Wasif invited my son to ring the Bell when he announced the Caravan was sold. We videotaped the whole thing and had a picture taken with Marko when we picked up the van the next day! That's the most fun we've had when purchasing a vehicle. We simply went out to the lot, found the perfect 2017 Durango GT 7 seater vehicle and it was beauty at first site, the same day! The team (from Marko, manager Trent to Zaine at the finance dept) were awesome and made the process pleasant and easy to process. We did a tour and all the guys from the body shop to the quick lube area to the parts dept were super great! Marko was great to deal with and he made the purchase very enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable.
