After short discussion with her, where she answered all my questions and gave me some great suggestions, particularly on my trade-in possibility, I decided to consider a purchase, but left to think about it. She stayed in close contact, with no pressure which gave me the time and properly consider the purchase. Once I decided, we transacted at record speed. She, and the other staff at Erin, were cl;early on top of the transaction and the documentation. It was a surprise purchase for my wife, so it had to be timely and discreet.
