Des vérifications fait par ce grand concessionaire majeur de la rive-nord de Montréal mais mon véhicule se retrouve lui-même à être un vice-cache malgré ces fameuses vérifications. En avril, la vendeuse et sa directrice commerciales tous les deux souriantes et gentilles, m'ont vendu ce véhicule, un véhicule qu'au départ je n'avais pas cliqué, mais bon, je n'avais plus de temps à perdre car mes assurances ne me payait plus de véhicule de courtoisie suite à une perte de mon autre véhicule, et le concessionnaire n'était pas enclin à vérifier un véhicule que je voulais. Ils m'ont proposer ma Mercedes que j'ai actuellement en mentionnant qu'elle était fiable, conduit par 3 personnes. Début du mois de Mai, j'attend des bruits sur le véhicule, j'appelle au concessionnaire et il me dise que le véhicule est A1 et que je n'ai pas à m'inquiéter car tous est neuf mais par désire de vérification je l'apporte chez Mercedes Montréal-Est qui après vérification ne découvre pas les problèmes . Juin, je constate plusieurs bruits, problème de moteur, transmission qui fonctionne mal et j'en passe, alors je me rend encore chez Mercedes à Montréal Est et encore une fois il ne trouve pas les problèmes mentionné. Juillet, en circulant à 80 km/h sur l'autoroute 15 Nord sous un pluie, j'essai d'arrêter le véhicule et à ma stupeur le véhicule de s'immobilise pas et je dérape sur l'accotement, je l'apporte chez Mercedes Laval le 14 juillet 2016, le constant tombe environ 15 000$ en frais de réparation, couvert par la garantie mais anormal pour un véhicule ayant 77 000 km et qui n'a eu que 2 ou 3 propriétaires. Août, encore des problèmes, Mercedes révèle qu'il n'y a pas eu 3 propriétaire mais plusieurs entreprises et encan et le registre de la saaq confirme la même chose ainsi qu'un kilométrage supérieur à celui qui m'est indiqué dans le tableau de bord. Après, 6 vérification, les rapports de la SAAQ, le véhicule à un kilométrage reculer, il a servis comme véhicule d'entreprise et de courtoisie et d'essai dans plusieurs concessionaires, et j'en passe. Entre tous ça, j'ai parlé au directeur du garage chez auto Durocher qui avoue qu'ils ont seulement fait une inspection à travers les roue lors de ma remise, la propriétaire du garage reconnaît certaines lacunes mais ne souhaite pas annuler la vente. À cause de tous cela, j'ai perdu un contrat lucratif, j'ai une voiture qui ne fonctionne toujours pas bien à l'heure actuel et j'ai un crédit de 45 000$ à rembourser sur une voiture qui ne vaut plus rien. Voilà mon expérience chez auto Durocher. Dites vous aussi, que ceci est 60% de l'histoire car je n'ai pas tous le temps de mentionnez la tentative d'intimidation de son avocat en menaçant de me faire poursuivre, ou du manque de respect de la propriétaire quand elle m'a dit que ma proposition était une connerie, ou encore des manœuvre de me faire venir pour vouloir régler la situation mais décide de changer d'idée et ce constitue un dossier photo pour une cause que je porterai devant les tribunaux (Cours supérieur de Quebec pour les dossiers de valeurs 50 000$ et plus). Also while speaking to the director of finance and questioning the way they work he told me WE DO NOT WANT YOU AS A CLIENT. Wow really !!!! thats how they speak to a client who has been with them for 3 years? do yourself a favor stay away!!!!! More

The salesman beside her looks and me and tells me "well I don't walk in a shoe store when I'm not planning on buying shoes". INSULTING ! I right away turned around and walked out, as I was walking out, the receptionist says "that's what happens when you don't buy!" All this is to show you what kind of people you deal with at this company. I AM NEVER RECOMENDING THIS DISGUSTING, UNPOLITE,RUDE,INSULTING COMPANY! AUTODUROCHER, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ! Bought a BMW 1 series from them in June 2012. I was living in Nova Scotia at the time and called them and asked them questions about the vehicle as far as condition of the paint, wheels, if the brakes living in Nova Scotia at the time and called them and asked them questions about the vehicle as far as condition of the paint, wheels, if the brakes were still good, tires etc... I was told the car was in great condition, they advised that the car had a few problems that had been fixed and they had the records. They also sent me extra pictures upon request as well which was nice on their part. They also fixed the trunk brake light which was broken for free which was good. Now the bad part: once I got there, the car was not in as good condition as they advised, the two back rims had curb damage, the paint was in rough shape as it seemed like the vehicle had been towed behind a trailer and there were paint chips everywhere on the hood, the front bumper, the front headlights and even the windshield has small gravel chips in it. They lowered the price a little bit but I had to get the whole front end re-painted. Also all four of the tires on the car were not the right size so my tires did not wear properly and now I have to buy a new set after doing 15 000 kms with the car. I should have known better about that one. The headlight brakets were broken on the upper part. Also the back bumper had a little damage. I believe this car was in a light accident as looking at the front and back bumpers there was a little damage consistent with a small fender bender. On my personal opinion, it appears this car was a lease return that BMW Laval would not take back as it was so rough a shape. I did get it at a good price thow but it makes me wonder what kind of life the car had with his previous owner....:S More
We weer welcomed when we first went in. The car mileage was off by over 2000 kilometers when we got it. (that is after you have been approved by the bank and you recieve the car) a crack on the windshield was off by over 2000 kilometers when we got it. The best of all the lady that was responsible to do the paperwork is no longer there, and here is the best------I asked for a guarantee bumper to bumper like I get with a new car and was offered what they had at a higher price for my piece of mind---- the funny thing in this is ((((( no loaner---- I have to pay for a diagnostic even if your hear the heater fan banging ++++++++ the first $75.00 AM I LUCKY OR WHAT, THE IDIOT I AM I BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM THEM More
