2 cars serviced in 1 week...2 bad experiences So I left another poor review for this dealership and their service yesterday for my other car. I had brought in my 2 Toyota vehicles on back to back So I left another poor review for this dealership and their service yesterday for my other car. I had brought in my 2 Toyota vehicles on back to back weeks to have work done. Now today the first vehicle I had brought in a week ago has some problems. I had them install a new block heater and my winter tires/rims for our van. Today was the first time we went to use it since the work has been done and surprise they never reset the tire pressure sensor system to link to the winter tires/rim set. They were specifically told to make sure this was sorted out. This all happened when my wife took the kids out to an activity today and lights start flashing on the dash. So now it looks like I am going to have to get this problem fixed as well which should be a very standard procedure for Ens. Update: Only thought it fair to pass on what happened with Ens. So for they provided some sort of extended warranty for the tires which I told them I did not want which seemed to like much based on the reaction from Dennis. At least Larry took responsibility and apologized. However, the tire pressure sensor issues were a whole other situation. After Larry mishandling the problem and then being on the receiving end of a snarky email from Dennis, they agreed to have me come in for them to take a look at the tire pressure sensors. When I came in I only spoke with Bill, who was reasonable, but it became very clear that they did miss trying to program over the tire pressure sensors on my winter wheels and rims. They tried programming the sensors into the vehicle computer but for some reason they were unsuccessful. Took the vehicle to Kaltire who easily reprogrammed the sensors and had me on my way. Never heard a thing from Larry or Dennis when I came in not any sort of follow-up after that. I could clearly tell they were mad at me for making any of this an issue. It's too bad really, but you would think warning lights flashing would be something everyone would want to fix. Oh well. Lost a customer and very unlikely to look at a Toyota ever again. More

Have been using this dealership to service both of them a total of 4 times since we moved to town a few months back. Have not had the best service from Toyota dealerships in general. I just went to pickup my vehicle and they just tried to overcharge me approx $150 by trying to slip in some random new warranty that had never been discussed and also overcharge me for the tires themselves. The business practices seem quite shady and do not reflect well on the End dealership group nor on Toyota Canada. How many people simply paid and didn't even know? So Ens and Toyota Canada you have lost our future business. I even have my wife on board now with our next vehicle not being a Toyota/Lexus and definitely not from Ens. More

My toyota service experience The service was good but i had a problem with my extended warranty coz i was not informed that it will expire after 4 years, the 8 free change oil.the The service was good but i had a problem with my extended warranty coz i was not informed that it will expire after 4 years, the 8 free change oil.the advisor told me that my free change oil expired last june 2018 then i still have 2 free remaining free oil change left in my extended warranty.I asked the supervisor if he can extend the validity because i still have 2 free change oil and im not informed that it will expire after 4 years.Its so sad that i lost my 2 free change oil,the free change oil is the main reason why i purchased the extended warranty More
