I could not have been happier with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and courteous/dedicated service that I received by all three parties in question - Roger Rosenthal in sales, John Frazer professionalism, knowledge, and courteous/dedicated service that I received by all three parties in question - Roger Rosenthal in sales, John Frazer in financing, and Peter Zelensky in Delivery Coordination/Technology Specialist. I was making my first new car purchase in many years and this dealership and these three individuals far exceeded my expectations. Referring anyone I know to them will be immediate on my end. In the past when I have taken my car in it has gotten washed and cleaned, I can understand due to the cold the wash was not possible but I am very disappointed that it didn't get cleaned a gotten washed and cleaned, I can understand due to the cold the wash was not possible but I am very disappointed that it didn't get cleaned at all, plus the quote prices are ridiculously high in cost, it is unfortunate I guess I will be purchasing a Suberau or other type of vehicle in the future. To bad we don't have other options for Toyota I just find them to be a little bit stuck up and no one says a word to you. Unless prompted I think that the customer service skills could be improved and attention to detail as well. More
