But it’s tricky to know whether to book in for an appointment or to use the Express maintenance option as both can have l excellent customer service. ENS Toyota Service send me this link to send my review of my last visit there. My appointment with the service was on May 26, 2025 at 7:30am to fix my Toyota RAV4 Hatch Back, which do not open. Earlier I p my last visit there. My appointment with the service was on May 26, 2025 at 7:30am to fix my Toyota RAV4 Hatch Back, which do not open. Earlier I paid for their diagnosis fee. Their diagnosis was they can fix this problem to operate the hatch back door by either manually or automatic operation. The cost of automatic operation was lot higher than the manually operation and I choose to proceed with manually operation after a certain period. This vehicle we don't drive frequently as we have 2 other vehicle, Acura RDX 2021 and Lexus 2024 RX350H They kept the vehicle for 2 days but was not able to fix it with the initial cost $800.00 which they told me during the diagnosis. After one day they gave me an estimate of $6,386.55 and I disagree to fix with this cost. When I came to pick up my vehicle I found that they have charged me and ask me to pay $160.00 for their mechanics who failed to fix the problem. I disagree to pay, then the service manager told me they will keep the vehicle if I do not pay. I explained him, nothing was fixed so why you are charging me? Toyota a multi-billion $ Industry they should not do this. Then I gave an example "If you have a problem with your plumbing at home and the plumber was not able to fix that will you pay him? He said he will pay. The Plummer has a service charge. I said, I paid you for your diagnosis charge. However, I was ready to comeback keeping the vehicle with them. The service manager then gave me the vehicle removing that charge. At the end he told me "I should never come to Toyota Service again!" More

I called the dealership and requested a consult with the dealership individual who reviewed the vehicle when we were on site. I left two voice mail messages for a call back and never received one. That was disappointing. I did eventually solve the issue myself, not without frustration. More
