Rajiv worked very hard to keep me as a BMW client. I had decided to go a different route once my lease was up but Rajiv's persistence in creating a deal that was too hard to resist changed my mind. His interest and subsequent conversations made me feel comfortable and at home. He supplied me with a road test and delivered a concise and accurate description of the vehicle.
