I randomly decided to visit Endras BMW after looking for my first car on autotrader. I have an avid interest in performance and luxury which was why my mind was set on a car from either BMW or Mercedes. How my first car on autotrader. During my visit at Endras, I was highly welcomed by Kevin despite my young age and the possible disbelief that I am interested in buying a car, especially from BMW. Kevin showed me my options along with the list of used cars in the inventory. After choosing a particular car, Kevin gave me as much information on the car and the associated finances as he possibly could to ensure that I would come back. Despite the relatively high price for the car, I came back a couple of days later with a decision to buy the car. Not only was Kevin helpful before purchasing the car, but after making the deal, he ensured that I would continually be satisfied through his knowledge and expertise in the business. Even if this may seem irrelevant to some, Kevin would run from the photocopier and back or even run from asking a question to someone and come back with an answer -- showing me that he truly cares for the services he provides to his customers.
