I gave up my lease on my Mini Cooper Soho in 2008 to go traveling to Italy. Two years ago, I first met Jason as I was test driving the new Countryman and he was soon leaving for a company paid trip to Ital traveling to Italy. Two years ago, I first met Jason as I was test driving the new Countryman and he was soon leaving for a company paid trip to Italy. Being a top ten salesperson has its perks! In March, I decided to look online at the Mini lease takeovers and I missed out on a really good one. Working with what I knew was a tight budget (given Mini pricing), I called/emailed every Mini dealer in Ontario and asked if it was possible to find a Mini Cooper within my budget and terms. Jason was the ONLY one who said he could make it work with a 2013 Knightsbridge. We exchanged some emails and I decided to make the long drive to Ajax. After test driving the Knightsbridge and Baker Street, my heart was actually set on the Baker Street which was $2K more. Going back and forth with some numbers, Jason was patient, helpful, and working with me to get the car that I wanted. Although he had another client coming in, he stayed with me until the deal was made. I admire him for his professionalism, attention to detail, and rare customer service that goes above and beyond. When it comes to car sales professionals, Jason is so NOT NORMAL! He really does care that his clients get the car they want and are satisfied with their purchase when they drive off the lot. If he sees you happy, then he is happy -- simple as that. When I couldn’t decide on the whether to go with the rooftop grey option as there wasn’t a car on the lot in that colour, Jason waited till the car came in and drove it to a mutual meeting point (on a Sunday night, I must say) just so I could see the colour and be sure of my decision. I never felt rushed during the whole process. It was effortless, easy, and perfect from start to finish. The paperwork was done in a breeze. Expectations Jason stated were met or exceeded, with some pleasant surprises thrown in. I felt totally supported with Jason and with the dealership who stepped in when my trade-in value came lower than expected. Spend just a few minutes talking to Jason and you will see he is a genuinely nice and considerate person. He is in tune with his customer’s needs and sense of style. He keeps in touch by email, phone, or text throughout the process and is still there to answer questions even after you drive away with your new car. From my first inquiry to picking up my car, the whole deal magically happened in twenty days. I am so happy to be driving my 2013 Baker Street and grateful to have had Jason to take me through the process. This is hands down the easiest car purchase I have made.
