Dealing with him was much easier, helpful and informative than other Mini representatives we had dealt with before. We had not definitely decided on purchasing a Mini before we spoke with Jason, but he was very quickly able get to a price and package that was appropriate for us. More

When arriving at the dealership which was well away from where I live I was told my warranty doesn't cover this and I shouldn't have been told this. The price is much higher than I would have paid elsewhere ( we are not talking big money but not nickels and dimes either). Service person was kind of apologetic but got the feeling she couldn't care less. Very poor experience from a loyal BMW customer (5 time BMW owner). More

And based on my experience, BMW IS OVERRATED. THIS BRAND DOESN'T TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR NAME. NOT JUST CREATING TECHNOLOGY BUT ALSO STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT 100% BY TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY IF THERE ARE ISSUES. EXPENSIVE AND VERY LOW QUALITY, BOTH IN TERMS OF THE SERVICE I RECEIVED ( OR THE LACK OF IT) AND GETTING A DEFECTIVE CAR. I DO NOT TRUST THIS NAME!!!! Endras BMW sold me a defective car. Chipped, peeling paint and a faulty transmission. Delivered my car with glue sticker marks all over it. Their response to all of this?, Brett Nolan the Manager at the service department said "DO NOT COME BACK HERE". This is the type of service you can expect here. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. More
