Rene Jung, the service manager, was very client focused and returned all my emails and enquries promptly. It was a very good expereince overall. I rated quality of work a 4 stars instead of five primarily due to the touch-ups (minor bumper scratches, cleaning of the sun visor) of the vehicle could be a bit better and more thorough, The detailer missed a few spots.... But overall, I received excellent service and had a great experience. More

I will miss our 2008 335i but Kevin ensured that we will also fall in love with the 2012 335i.. and we have! It's more like a BMW friendship with Kevin now.
