I was skeptical at first as to how a 2015 had just 9kms but he was enthusiastic and felt confident that I would like this vehicle. He sent me to Rene Jung to process a loan application. She was polite and helpful but the main thing is that they somehow got me approved where the Lexus dealer last year could not and this dealership is close by. They worked hard at getting all the paperwork in order. Rene even corresponded with my insurance guy. I literally didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They faxed and photocopied the necessary documents and I am not driving a new X5 with all the bells and whistles. More
