The best BMW dealer in and around Toronto We live in toronto so wanted to buy a car from the city itself but MOST of the dealers were SAD. They didn't care whether we buy or not but this dealership was not like that. This was very welcoming and Mr Kevin Ghazi made sure we found what we were looking for. He did his best to help us find a car that we want. Am also thankful to Laura Dawe who responded to all my emails instantly and made sure I was taken care of. The only complaint I have is that the car was given to us saying that it will not need any service till such and such kms.. but two days after we got it we got the sign. Thats a bit painful as we drive from Toronto. Now they are saying they may keep the car for a day which means I have to travel twice. Just hoping it gets done the same day. Overall, nice place and I will recommend it to other people who are looking for a similar car... Thanks Endras More

We fell in love with it. Next thing we know is that we were signing papers to buy it. Overall we felt very comfortable and confident that we are buying a good vehicle and are in safe hands. We bought our first BMW there from Kevin and I can say that it won't be our last one. Highly recommended. More

Prior to arriving at the dealership I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned BMW 335i through Rida Haider and it was a great experience. Prior to arriving at the dealership, Rida was very quick to respond to my numerous emails asking about pricing and finance options -- I ask a lot of questions! :-) I live about 1.50 hours from Ajax but she agreed to meet me at 8:00PM to show me the car. The dealership closes at 9:00PM but she stayed with me until 10:30PM to ensure that I knew everything about the car before finalizing the sale! On top of this, she even came to the dealership on her day off so that she could personally hand me the keys on the day that I took possession of the car. Rida truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was well looked after! More

I met Rida and as the saying goes first i I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership before, my first experience was really a 5 star experience. I met Rida and as the saying goes first impression is key, Rida was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and most importantly not pushy for a sale.; I must also mention she is very beautiful. Rida came in on her day off to ensure that I would collect my vehicle on the scheduled day and time, she also came to my house to get me because there were complications with me getting to the dealership on time.
