Honestly I can say I simply hate dealing with car dealerships (purchase/service) for many reasons which is why I don't shop for vehicles as often as I would like to. They simply make it frustrating to spend money. I don't like spending money with dealerships who don't try to provide customers the best service, honesty and respect. I have to admit, I even thought of switching from BMW to another brand before the Endras experience..... Initially I emailed and talked with Kevin Ghazi over phone before deciding to visit the dealership. I live about an hour away from this dealership (having to pass 3 other BMW dealers along the way). While looking at 3 series in stock, Kevin was very patient answering my questions which helped me narrow down on a 2013 Certified 3 Series-sport line. The vehicle was very clean and well prepared.... something I noticed other BMW dealerships sometimes seemed to lack in for some reason. Kevin was informative, patient, and very educated about the product. All the information I asked for was presented. Kevin always provided me options and in the end helped me to get a great deal as well. This is important, because every customer wants a good deal. This is not how I felt dealing with other BMW dealerships. He worked to get me the Certified Series warranty and the whole deal was very smooth. Why was this experience so great? Because of Kevin and the team at Endras. Kevin loves his profession, he has a passion for it and he knows how to deal with people in a very professional and friendly manner. Kevin's focus is on the customer, which is the way it should be. He paid attention to all the little details, even remembering my birthday and presenting the vehicle with big bow, which my 7 year old daughter is still talking about. The Endras team is the best I've have ever dealt with in my life. In my opinion, there is simply no comparison to other BMW dealerships or any other flagship brand dealership. Even Rene Jung -Financial Service Manager and Tre (product genious was beyond expectations). For anyone considering a BMW, Infiniti, Mini, I strongly recommend you visit Endras, you won't regret it. Even if you live a bit out of the way like myself (coming from Woodbridge to Ajax), it is definitely worth it. I will be retuning to the dealership in future for other BMW products. I will be recommending this dealer to my friends and family. A1 experience. More

BMW X5 - Great First Time Experience We stopped into Endras and knew what we were looking for....a used X5 with the M performance package, we looked through the lot and saw exactly that, We stopped into Endras and knew what we were looking for....a used X5 with the M performance package, we looked through the lot and saw exactly that, we were introduced to Rida, she was so welcoming and friendly. After going for a test drive we were very impressed however we looking for a different colour...that was no problem as Rida let us know that the exact vehicle was going to be available in a week or so. It was 100% perfect for us. We came back a couple weeks later to see that X5 once it arrived and then back again to pick it up a week after that. Rida stayed in touch and kept us up to date and made sure all of our concerns were met. She has been a pleasure to work with and even though we live 2 hours away from the dealership we will definitely be buying our next BMW from her. More
