I purchased a X5 45e from Jimmy and found him to be a knowledgeable, pleasant sales professional that was easy to deal with. Rene did the paperwork and performed her job flawlessly. They don’t know anything about cars. Used car manager, Turdor, knows nothing about BMW’s or any cars for that matter. He should be dealing with Honda’s and not BMW’s and specially M cars. When we were some distance apart, financially, he created a path that made the sale one that we might easily accept. Jason Kwan in Finance was friendly, (none of the pressure we have known elsewhere) and gave clear, crisp answers and advice. Allen Lee did a superb, orderly, unhurried job, introducing us to the car, and followed up with two replies to questions - on the weekend! This is a large dealership; we were genuinely surprised that every staff member whom we met was so hospitable. More
