À qui de droit, notre expérience des ventes avec Pierre a été hors-pair. Notre problème est survenu lors du passage au bureau des magouilles (financement). Le directeur au financement a tout fait pour modifi été hors-pair. Notre problème est survenu lors du passage au bureau des magouilles (financement). Le directeur au financement a tout fait pour modifier la structure de l'entente déjà signée et approuvée par le directeur des ventes et avec le vendeur. Au point de changer l'entente sans notre approbation et en utilisant toutes sortes de raisons farfelues. Il a lui-même changer l'entente avec un taux d'intérêt plus élevée pour obtenir une plus grosse ristourne de la banque de financement. Il ne voulait pas comprendre que ce choix n'en revient pas à lui mais au client. Les termes de la transaction avait déjà été négocié dans le bureau des ventes à la signature au préalables. Nous avons également refusé une deuxième fois dans son bureau les changements au taux. La négociation des termes de l'achat se négocie dans le bureau des ventes et non dans le bureau du directeur au financement, sinon le processus de négociation aurait continué et suivi son cours d'acceptation ou refus. Le fait de changer l'entente par lui-même après signature initiale et de passer les papiers à un autre individu pour nous présenter les documents finaux à signer lors de la livraison du véhicule pendant qu'il était comme par hasard cacher ailleurs dans la bâtisse indique clairement de quel genre d'individu avec qui nous faisons affaire. En ce qui me concerne, ce genre de pratique d'affaire sans scrupules est possiblement le reflet de la direction. Nous sommes très déçu de la tournure du service chez Elite-Mazda et le reflet d'autres expériences similaires chez d'autres concessionnaires automobile. Est-ce qu'il reste des concessionnaires honnêtes dans l'industrie? J'en doute. L'expérience d'achat négatif est précurseur à l'expérience à s'attendre au département de service d'entretien après ventes. Crosseur avant, crosseur après... non merci! More

Je suis aller chez Èlite Mazda au 1205 boul. La Vérendrye Gatineau le 29 Mars 2024 pour changer mes pneus d'hiver et un lavage intérieur et extérieur RDV pour 8:30 am. À mon arriver l'aviseur La Vérendrye Gatineau le 29 Mars 2024 pour changer mes pneus d'hiver et un lavage intérieur et extérieur RDV pour 8:30 am. À mon arriver l'aviseur était déjà frustrer ma acceuillit par mon prénom pour commencer et a procéder à lever le ton pour me dire que le RDV pour laver la voiture était le 28 Mars et non le 29. Une erreur de leur système de central! le RDV était belle et bien le 29 Mars. L'aviseur a continuer de lever le ton, me laissant pas la chance de parler est devenu tellement frustrer qu'il a lancer mes clés sur le comptoir de sont collègue et m'a dit de dealer avec lui! Il a ensuite mis sont manteau et est partie, toute en m'engeulant plein de choses! Ceci c'est toute passer devant d'autres clients en attente de ce faire servir! je me suis jamais senti aussi insulter, ignorer, maltraiter et écraser que cette fameuse journée! Quand j'ai demander de parler avec sont superviseur, l'aviseur m'a dit qu'il n'était pas là mais imaginer donc que quand j'ai passer de l'autre côté pour faire une plainte sont superviseur était bien là! Après avoir attendu 3 heures ++ de temps, la voiture n'avait même pas été laver! J'ai due demander à sont superviseur de venir voir ma voiture pour bien constater que le travailler n'avait pas été faite! Attention mesdames car cet aviseur aime abaiser et maltraiter les femmes devant les autres! Même pas reçu d'excuse pour le comportement de l'aviseur, il n'a même pas eu une tappe sur les mains! Here is our story with this dealership. On Sept 27th 2022, we brought our 2018 CX-9 GS-L with 62 000 km, still under warranty, to Elite Mazda because of a cracked engine block. Known issue On Sept 27th 2022, we brought our 2018 CX-9 GS-L with 62 000 km, still under warranty, to Elite Mazda because of a cracked engine block. Known issue with the 2.5l turbo in these. The nice service representative told me to expect 3 weeks to a month. She was courteous and seemed franc. Given they would change the head or the whole engine, I figured it was normal and said, take the time you need I’m not in a “hurry”. Took 2 weeks to get a loaner for which I was told at 3 separate occasions yes, we should have one today or tomorrow sir. I live out in the country and made things very difficult, especially at first to get back home as no bus service goes out there. I understand that the loaner service is a courtesy but being played around is what got me irate. If I had been told from the get-go, no loaner, I would have tackled the situation differently. They did the work; something went wrong, and they had to change the whole engine. I got a courtesy call saying the parts had arrived on Monday of the 4th week of my car being in the shop. 2 weeks go by, no news so I called on the Friday to be told:” you told us you were not in a hurry, and it is really busy because of tire changing season”. That conversation had happened almost 7 weeks ago at that time and what I had said was take the time you need as I understand it can take time to get parts and change an engine. They had had the parts for 2 weeks and have not touch my car because they are changing winter tires for other customers… I calmly and respectfully asked that they revise their priorities. I was then told:“ok, if your say it is now urgent we’ll get on it”. Another week goes by, and I get a call stating that I would be getting a free/complimentary break cleaning/service as the car had been sitting for 8 weeks minus few days in their shop. I finally got the car back on Nov 21st. When I get back home, I go on to change my tires for my winter ones. They torqued the nuts so tight that my 500ft/lbs air impact gun could not get 8 them off. I had to use a 3ft breaker bar and one of the nut was completely scrapped, the threads stayed on the wheel stud. Once the wheels were off, I could easily notice that NO bolts were taken off and NO grease was added to brake hardware and NO cleaning of the brakes was done. They did not touch the brakes at all. Not sure if it was a tactic to get the customer happy but clearly, that was not a success. I then called to get an explanation why they had not done the work, explain the situation and also asked about a repair they did (they broke turbo housing bolts and wanted to know if the made bigger holes with new threads or used inserts). I first left a message and no call back. Next day I called and got a hold of a gentleman, very professional and told me, I will bring up your file and call you back and I never heard from him since. Exactly like the first time I went to that dealership for an electrical issue on the same vehicule. To add to this, when my spouse picked up the loaner, she chatted with a sales representative, that I won’t name out of respect, to get a quote for a brand new CX-9. While the car is in the shop, they appraised it for an exchange and offer an extreme lowball offer of $23,000, and only once we got all the brakes and tires changed (value of $2500) and told my spouse after she made the remark that they were probably going to sell it for $35k that they would never sell it for that price, that it was impossible. Meanwhile, they had a used one, same year and features plus 10k more Kms on it, for sale at $35,000. One is still listed on their website for $34,995. She and I found that extremely insulting and disrespectful. they also never returned my calls asking question after the fact. they also have been flagging my reviews so it is not visible. it is factual and depicts the service i received. More

Worse experience in my Life It is already 3 years I bought my car at this dealer and I'm still mad at what they did with me. Over the first persona who contacted me Alex Camara, I went there looking for a car, my first car, I tried to get some advice but I end up paying 20 000 for a car that was value 13 000, they added car insurance in the contract that I didn't accept and I didn't notice, this worth it 5 000. Alex offer me 500 dollars for my winter tires, also the front bumper was missing a piece. After 3 weeks of already driving the car, the 500 didn't arrive and the bumper not fixed. I had to wait 2 more weeks and many phone calls to be able to resolve the problem. At the end now that I want to get a new car, I can't cause I owe more money to the bank than the value of my car, you can imagine why. I know what they did is illegal but I don't have any proof more than my word. I wanted to write this so everybody is aware that if they can they will take full advantage of you. Don't trust those people. More

My daughter went to the dealership with my wife to look at cars and were told that no cars fit their price range. They walked around the lot and found 4 or 5 cars that fit their price range and test drove one. Came back the next day and test drove another car and put in offer and left deposit. Car was supposed to be ready but I believe because my daughter is young she has been taken advantage off. Was told to go find insurance with no help....I have always done my insurance right at the dealership...what's up with that? Communication and a sales manager that wont return my calls. Daughter will be stuck renting a car for next few days....at our cost of course. No loner available! Sure hope this experience gets better soon! More
