I have to say we are so glad we did, not only did we leave with an amazing new van that had every feature we were looking for but we left having experienced some of the best customer service. We have shopped around at quite a few dealerships but we found that our sales consultant, Aaron Ambrose was the most helpful and sincere. You can tell he truly cares and that was so important to us during this process. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. He was so easy to work with. One of the most unexpected moments of this shopping experience was when it came time to meet with the business (finance) manager, Chad Telfer, who is one one my late fathers’ long time best friends. Due to life changes, moving etc we hadn’t seen each other in over a decade. And to say it was an emotional moment as well as the cherry on top of a wonderful car shopping experience would be an understatement.
