Horrible customer service. All they care about is a sale. I picked up my vehicle and was told they lost the other set of keys but they would get a set made. That was a lie. Still have not received these after multiple attempts to retrieve. Also the salesman is very quick to reply to sell the vehicle but will not respond to emails texts about concerns raised. Once they have your money they leave you high and dry. Never felt so taken advantaged off in my life. $70,000 vehicle purchased and zero customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint. More
