We were told the dealership had invested nearly $4,000 into repairs, and we would receive proof after signing — that documentation was never provided despite multiple requests. The day we brought the vehicle home, it was leaking oil from the filter housing assembly, and we later discovered the front bearing (hub) was bent — both serious issues that should have been noticed if a proper inspection had been done. Despite repeated communication with the salesperson (including written messages where he agreed to fix it), the dealership delayed the repair for over 2.5 months and then refused to honor their commitment, saying the repairs were not covered. On top of that, we live 1.5 hours away and made multiple trips back and forth based on their assurances, only to be told “no” when we finally brought the car in. To escalate the issue, I submitted a formal complaint to Acura Canada’s Customer Relations and received nothing but an automated ticket response — no follow-up, no call, no resolution, even after more than a week. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The dealership was quick to take nearly $23,000, but completely unwilling to back up their promises or provide proper support after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of purchasing a used vehicle from this location. The lack of integrity and post-sale accountability is unacceptable. More
