Honest, fast and frenidly service. It all started with a phone call to the dealership. Jake took my call and was informative and friendly from the get go. I had just visited 3 other dealerships and was pulling my hair out with pushing sales people not listening to our needs. We set up a time to meet Jake and view a vehicle we were interested in. He came out with a big smile and greeted both my son and I with respect and openness. Right away we new the difference between what we had experienced that day to the service we were about to receive. Jake took time to ask us about our needs and budget. He set up our test drive and was waiting for our return. He took time to get our honest feedback and note any concerns we had. Within the hour we had signed the contract and two days later picked up our new to us car. The service was fantastic and Jake did not "creep us out "or hover like we where his next meal. We felt like valued customers and this is what helped us choose to buy from him. It was a really smooth and stress free visit and sale, I would highly recommend Jake to anyone wanting to buy a car, especially for those who have experienced poor service in the past, Jake is a breath of fresh air. More
