He showed us all the features and had the car prepped and ready on time. So, when we received an invitation to a special sale we went to look. The Pacifica was very attractive as were the incentives to buy. We met with Charlie to work out a deal we were both satisfied with. We liked the fact that no one was pushy or tried to sell us on extras we didn't want. Charlie is a very easy going friendly guy who makes you feel comfortable.
