2017 Dodge Journey I appreciated ,since this was my car, that I was talked to as the individual buying the car and not just included in the conversation with my husband. I have not used any service on my vehicle yet but I am confident the rest of the staff will be just as competent and will meet my expectations. There is a draw back, on the extras dealers want added to the "New Vehicle". If a brand new car, the day it is bought has to have extra warranty for breaking down, does that mean it will only last 3 years? I am aware all dealerships offer this, some are more exuberant .
