Above and Beyond!! I went into Eichenberg's to look at a jeep that my husband found for me. It was my dream vehicle so you can imagine how high my standards were for th I went into Eichenberg's to look at a jeep that my husband found for me. It was my dream vehicle so you can imagine how high my standards were for this vehicle. From the moment we got there it was easy going and laid back. I didn't feel any pressure from Charlie at all. They were accommodating with me not wanting to wait for Don to be back from lunch to fill out paperwork for financing (I had worked midnight shift the night before and hadn't slept). I called Don that afternoon after a little sleep and did the paperwork over the phone. Charlie made sure to text me saturday morning and let me know everything went through and I got my dream vehicle!!! We had discussed delivery for the tuesday, but because of the aftermarket remote starter I wanted put in it would be thursday before they could install it. They were good enough to let me bring it back later to have it put in.....THEN we were back to tuesday, at 5pm....darn....my daughter had cross country and I wanted to see her run.....so charlie made it happen....3pm Monday I took delivery. Now I can barely stand being home and not out in my new toy!!!! More
