From the beginning of my search for the right truck I expected it to be more difficult due to the Covid 19 restrictions placed on me and the dealerships. However when I call the Eichenberg Chrysler deal expected it to be more difficult due to the Covid 19 restrictions placed on me and the dealerships. However when I call the Eichenberg Chrysler dealership and was put in touch with Collin I knew this was going to be the place I could work with. Their were friendly and took the time to let my know that they want my business and would assist me in my walk through the new protocols of Covid 19. Colin Brown was the sales person I was place in touch with. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Colin listened to my needs, took the time to review them and made sure I understood how things would progress. He was timely in his return calls and on the day of the test drive he accommodated my every question, concern and needs. Even though I ran Colin all over the lot changing my mind on colours and options of my Ram 1500 he remained outstanding in his attentiveness to my needs. Long story short Colin and the team at Eichenberg did a outstanding job of making the purchase of my new truck a joy despite Covid 19. I had found the truck I was looking for. The purchase went off without a hitch, but I was surprised that upon closer inspection at home there was pet hair in the rear seat carpets and field dust in the v went off without a hitch, but I was surprised that upon closer inspection at home there was pet hair in the rear seat carpets and field dust in the vents, doorposts, dash crevices and door panels. Although the truck had been serviced and safetied, the air filter was still in need of being changed, wipers were falling apart and we discovered a bad ball joint. This is not what I expected from a good dealership. Maybe it was a bad day, but then when I sent an email to the owner it took over a month for him to get back to me, even after I sent him 2 more emails asking for a reply. I took care of the problems myself, and we had quite some email communication on quality and good service. In the end he didn't believe he did anything wrong, but I was out an extra $1000 or so to set things right. Please be sure to check to see what should be done, was done. Everybody makes mistakes, but it's what we do about them that counts. More
