Colin was excellent to deal with and provided outstanding communication which allowed us to make a deal. Very please with his quick responses and working with me and sales manager. I purchased a 2020 Ram 15 communication which allowed us to make a deal. Very please with his quick responses and working with me and sales manager. I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 demo with 17000km on it. Inside condition was very clean and in nice shape. However, the outside of the vehicle looked to have been washed with a wash brush for the last year filled with sand. I mentioned it when I picked up the vehicle but little concern was raised. I do take responsibility for this as well and didn't press the issue very far. After I washed the vehicle I noticed the swirl/brush marks were quite deep and difficult to remove with "at home" polishing techniques. I ended up taking the truck to a body shop to get it cut and polished to bring the paint back to life. Colin and Eichenbergs were great to deal with and I would recommend them. My only issue was the outside condition of the vehicle. Overall I am very happy with the truck and the Eichenberg team More
