The sales experience with Charlie Sofalvi was perfect. He was patient and very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect truck for our needs. Delivery was relatively quick, but as it turns out, too q was patient and very knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect truck for our needs. Delivery was relatively quick, but as it turns out, too quick. The truck was clean, but far from spotless, and within 3 km we noted smoke coming from under the vehicle. We returned to the dealer and hung around for almost 1.5 hours to find the problem and repair it. A transmission fluid line from the cooler was not properly fastened, causing fluid to leak and some of it to contact the hot exhaust. This issue and the cleanliness should have been dealt with in a more thorough PDI procedure. However, all this being said, Charlie was very sympathetic and helpful in getting us squared away and the service department looked into and dealt with the leak immediately. So, five stars. More
