Excellent Dealership I had emailed the dealership the previous day as we had saw a Dodge Journey we were interested in looking at, Shanna responded quickly enough to advis I had emailed the dealership the previous day as we had saw a Dodge Journey we were interested in looking at, Shanna responded quickly enough to advise they were still available and we would be in later in the day to take a look. We arrived at the dealership and met Peter which is one of the managers, he advised there would be a short delay before a salesman became free, we were then greeted by Gord our salesman who apologized for the brief wait and we explained what we would like to see. After a good look round the vehicle we took it out for a test drive, to my surprise he let us take the vehicle out ourselves, this I found very reassuring as back in the UK where I come from, that is not the done thing. During the test drive we concluded that this was the vehicle for us. Upon arriving back at the dealer we looked around the vehicle further whilst talking with Gord we committed to buying the vehicle and then went through all the required paperwork with both Gord and then being passed to Greg in Finance to get the bill of sale generated. All this was done in a very relaxed and non pressurized way which again comparing to UK dealers was very refreshing indeed. At some point we will need a second car and will in all likelyhood come back to Eichenberg, they have recently moved to new premises as well which are very modern and clean looking and give a great impression. All in all a great experience. More
